The Wines
Sparkling: Ickworth sparkling wine is produced from Auxerrois and Pinot Noir grapes. The Pinot Noir grapes give complexity and elegance to this rosé called ‘Suffolk Pink’. It is bottle fermented in the ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ as is Champagne. It is produced in limited quantities and is ideal for celebrating any major event in your calendar!
Red: The Earl Bishop’s Reserve is made from Rondo grapes. It is deep in colour, has a rich, plummy aroma and a satisfyingly smooth, lingering flavour.
White: Walled Garden Bacchus is made from Bacchus grapes.
It is dry and has a deliciously crisp, herbaceous and fruity flavour.
Rose: Lady Geraldine's Blush is made from Rondo grapes.
It is dry with crisp, refreshing acidity. There are hints of raspberry &
damson with a redcurrant finish.
We can customise labels for a special event you might want to hold either
at Ickworth or privately, such as a wedding, anniversary or milestone birthday.
If you give us a few relevant pieces of information about the individual
or group concerned, we can come up with a suitable back label.
